Shipping rates

I am back listing our clothing on Etsy and since they want vendors to use free shipping I'm going to try the same idea here.  I am going to give free shipping on all orders within Canada and United States.  As long as the postal rates stay the same for a while I think I can make it work.  If I have to discontinue this and revert back to orders of 50.00 and over only,  I will post the change at that time.
